Planning Process
- Assisting with selecting the country of the destination wedding & Preparing the venue list
- Preparing a customized wedding budget and planning timeline
- Working with a travel agent on finding the best deals for your group
- Sourcing vendors, Requesting, reviewing, and comparing vendor quotes
- Negotiating and coordinating with selected vendors
- Reviewing vendor contracts and providing guidance before signing
- Acting as the primary liaison between the couple and the venue's on-site event manager
- Creating a comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline and Vendor Contact List to ensure seamless event execution
Design Process
- Assisting with the selection and refinement of the wedding theme, style, and overall vision
- Creating a personalized inspiration board
- Collaborating with our Floral & Décor team to develop a customized design proposal that reflects your unique style and preferences
On-Site Coordination
- Venue site inspection and walk-through
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
- Oversight of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception setup
- On-site wedding coordination for up to 12 hours
- Emergency Kit provided for last-minute needs
- Primary liaison for vendors and venue staff on the wedding day
